/EN/ Intense cooked fruit notes, enriched with chocolate, baked peaches, wood, black tea and even olives. Well-balanced tannins, helped by well-integrated alcohol.

The grapes are picked manually, and then carefully selected on the sorting tables. The maceration of grapes takes between 5 and 8 days at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The alcoholic fermentation (100% by the addition of selected yeast) is controlled at 26-28 ° C for another 8-10 days, followed by hot maceration (thermo-maceration) between 5 and 8 days. Aging was done for about 12 months in French oak.

/EN/ Being an elegant Merlot with spice-flavored appetizers and a sweet aftertaste, it fits with juicy meat-based dishes with discrete flavors (rabbit, veal). The gourmet notes also complement the Italian inspired dishes, with rich sauces such as pasta or lasagna. May be a pleasant surprise alongside beef hamburgers.
